Mars gets into the Spirit
The Mars rover Spirit woke up to Eric Clapton’s “After Midnight” and Weird Al’s “Trash Day” on Sol 16 (roughly equivalent to 16 Earth days) of the mission.
Starting the day off with music is a NASA tradition for vehicles and crew in space.
