Weird Al Star Fundraising Cookbook

A message from Weird Al Star Fund‘s campaign correspondent, Tonya:

A collection of recipes was put together in a book called “I Love Rocky Road!” to benefit the “Weird Al” Star Fund. It has 350 recipes, a hard cover with a linen finish and a plastic imprinted spiral binder. Recipe donators include Jon “Bermuda” Schwartz, Ann Gentry of Real Food Daily, Throwing Toasters, Hot Waffles, Chuck Miller and many of you :)

The price per book is $20 (which is the amount that will be forwarded to the Star Fund), plus shipping and handling. Shipping and handling for one book is $3.95 and for two books $4.75 for 2-3 day priority shipping within the U.S. But that’s only for December. The postage is
going up in January :\. If you’re outside the U.S., just ask and I’ll find out the cost of shipping.

If you’d like to place an order, please email me at cinnamon@weirdalstar.com. Supplies are limitied (there are approximately 150 or so books left).

Please let me know how many books and if you’d like to use Paypal or snail mail. Thanks to everyone who contributed and to those who have already purchased copies! :)

Derailroaded LA Premiere

Update from WeirdAl.com Latest News:

The LA premiere for the documentary dErailRoaDed (previously mentioned here and here) will be Friday, December 9th (showings at 7pm, 9pm and Midnight) and also Saturday, December 10th at Midnight, at the Laemmle Sunset 5 Theatres, 8000 Sunset Blvd. in West Hollywood.

I have not seen this movie nor have I bothered to read any of the descriptions or reviews for it, but I’ll go on record and say that I would totally risk a manslaughter charge for going around chopping people’s hands off just so I could give this film more “thumbs up”.

DECEMBER DESKTOP CALENDAR

December DesktopFinally! December is upon us. Another month means another desktop calendar. Jordan Turner’s calendar could be called “Running With Light Sabers” but it’s not. The theme takes it’s inspiration from the lead single “The Saga Begins” from the classic 1999 album, Running With Scissors along with the cover of the album. Making these calendars are so easy that even YOU can do it! Learn how you can submit your own idea for calendar for January.
