Weird Al Star Fund Benefit Show mentioned on Dr. Demento

This weekend on the Dr. Demento Show, Dr. Demento will be playing “Keep It Funky” by SexySexy Joe Lavelle and mentioning the big April 11 benefit show. If you get Dr. Demento in your area, tune in. 30 Years of Al on Dr. Demento

In addition to being Pi Day, 30 years ago today, Dr. Demento introduced the world to a young accordion player who went by the name of Alfred Yankovic, in the form of his home-recorded song, “Belvedere Cruising.” Little Alfred would go on to become the most successful comedy recording artist of all time!! Happy anniversary Al!!

First Nine Done
