Two more songs done! But will there be more?
This perplexing update showed up on weirdal.com today. What could it mean?
AL IN THE STUDIO!
Al has finished recording and mixing eleven songs for his new album. Does this mean the album is done? Honestly, we have no idea. We’ll let you know as soon as we figure it out.

PS. Does this prove my chaos theory thatthe album will have 27 songs?
Disc 1 will be 11 new songs, while Disc 2 will have 16 previously unreleased songs and special features. (Hey, I can dream, can’t I?)

He usually has 12 songs on his albums, so I predict that he will make one more kick-ass song.

Yes, I’m pretty sure that he isn’t done yet. Al is probably just waiting for permision on one of the parodies, that’s the only thing that I thought of that would keep him from finishing.

i think he has only the “polka” to do, because i read somewhere that he tends to do those last, so that he can polka the newest hit songs right before the album comes out

Anyone think we’re gonna see a lot of ‘American Idol’ related content on this one? I wouldn’t be surprised to see an ‘American Idol’ polka, or maybe the lead single will be a parody of ‘Jesus Take the Wheel’ or ‘Because of You.’ It’d be fun to see Al stretch his pipes to match these TV Divas.
