A money order would be safer. I think you can get a money order at the post office for something like 75 cents.
But if that’s not an option, we can handle cash donations, so other than the fact that post office discourages people from sending cash through the mail, there’s no reason why you couldn’t. To be safe, hide it inside a greeting card or something slightly thicker than a normal piece of paper.
