Video premiere on Yahoo! *spoiler*
I don’t know how to use that neat “more” thingy Happy Steve used, so if you want to remain spoiler free, stop reading NOW.
Ok, good, I see all the cool people kept reading. Maxamegalon2000, over at WOWAY pointed out that Al’s video for “Don’t Download This Song” will be shown on Yahoo! Music Video Premieres this Wednesday, August 23! For those not keeping up with all the spoilers, this video is expected to be animated by Bill Plympton, and the music is expected to be in the style of the great ’80s charity song, “We Are The World.”
With the world premiere of the first single on Al’s MySpace this Monday, that’s two premieres in the span of a few days. Next week is gonna rule!!

That’s crazy!
Why don’t they just release the WHOLE ALBUM… FOR FREE!!
This is crazy…
You’re Pitiful
Monday’s Myspace premier
Yahoo video premier…

There is some evidence that the MySpace premiere on Monday may actually be DDTS, so it may end up only being one new song with accompanying video next week, but hey, I’m not complaining! Still an awesome week nonetheless.

“Don’t Download This Song” should be up for free download too. That would be kinda ironic, wouldn’t it?

Stephen S, you realize that You’re Pitiful isn’t actually on the album, right? That makes two songs that we’re going to hear before the album is released. Hardly the “whole album.”

Wow, Bill Plympton? I haven’t seen one of his animations in a while, but he’s pretty awesome…should be some good stuff! The music download was pretty clever too…this whole album gets better and better. September 26th can’t come fast enough…
