Awww…..I’ll definitley make the Robot Chiken Show, but alas, I live in PA, way over on the East Coast, and we are NOT going to Hollywood just to get an album signed….Too bad.

Yeah, wish I could go too, but I’m halfway across the country.

According to Wikipedia, the Robot Chicken video will be for “Weasel Stomping Day”. I’m personnally looking forward to Jib Jab’s video for “Canadian Idiot”.

Me Too! “American Idiot” was the first Green Day song I ever heard, and I can’t wait to hear the parody….speaking of which, I’m not sure if they’re official, but the lyrics for Canadian Idiot are at this link:

Eee… *trying desperately to avoid temptation*

I wish I could get my parents to drive me up to LA for the signing… But I have school that day…
Darn…
Al, Please come down to San Diego for a signing!!!

I just read the Green Day lyrics and they are pretty good. I like the “aboot” reference from the avril lavign interview. I’m not going to bother looking for the leaked .mp3 because I’ve already gotten to hear enough of the album. I’ll just buy it when it comes out.

I should probably avoid reading any more lyrics or listening to any songs because some of them might be fake or something and it will skew my knowledge of all things Weird Al… I don’t want to turn into an annoying punk who thinks Weird Al sang “What if God smoked Cannabis?” or “Livin’ La Vida Yoda”.

WHAT? Those aren’t by AL?!? What are you talking aboot?!?
Kidding!
I love the aboot!

ROBOT CHICKEN IS THE AWESOMEST SHOW ON!!! So I’ll be sure to see that!!
Aboot the record signing, I’d have to cross the border, eh…plus travel all the way to the west coast!! Oh well:(
Personal news though, I just put in my order for the album through AMAZON.COM…so I’ll be the coolest Canadian with the DualDisc and all the special AL stuff!!!:)

Well excuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuse me!!!
September 11th, 2006 at 10:40 pm
It’s kinda sad, eh. The whole album is on the web just a couple of weeks before the realease. Poor Al. If it wasn’t for loyal fans like us who will actually buy the album, he wouldn’t be able to afford another solid gold hum-vee or dimond studded swimming pools. You know they don’t grow on trees.

Hey Rusty, was that a reference to the Zelda cartoons? “Well excuuuuuuse me, Link!” LOL, good stuff… Anyway, I have to admit, I was kind of hoping that White and Nerdy was going to be partly based on Napoleon Dynamite, but I guess it’s possible the video will at least have references. It seems like his last few albums have had a “movie” based song.
September 13th, 2006 at 12:23 pm
you want to know about the zelda reference????? well…i guess i’m just to “WHITE AND NERDY”
