I was surprised to see Al actually come on stage in his WaN look and on his Segway.. I would be scared of anyone normal who did that... But Al is totally able to do it, because it fits with the song... It would be funny if people who didn't know Al actually thought he looked like that all the time :) That is a hard song to do, and so I was expecting LOTS of background back-ups... but Al did MUCH more live than I assumed he would.
