See Al and Taylor at the AMAs
Sweet! Access Hollywood has the video of Weird Al and Taylor Hicks meeting for the first time at the American Music Awards, joking around, having fun, etc…
Moments after telling Access he had recently been watching Taylor sing Al’s parody version in an online clip, the two bumped into each other on our slot on the American Music Awards red carpet.
“It’s great,” a shocked Weird Al told Access. “It’s like my doppelganger.”
Taylor confirmed in person, he loved Al’s version of his song.

That’s great! Certainly proves that they hugged because they were happy to see each other, not because they were making up from a feud. I hope that journalist saw this clip.
