World Series of Pop Culture
On last night’s episode of “World Series of Pop Culture” on VH1, they had a category titled “What a Weird Al-ful World”. The host read off some lyrics to one of Al’s parodies and the contestants had to name the original song. Hoo hoo, if only any of us had been on there, we would’ve smoked the competition easily. In fact, we’d probably get a little cocky about it, too. I know I’d be like “I can name that song in three words, Pat! I’ll ace any trivia quiz you bring on!”
Anyway, it’s episode 4 that has the teams named “Wocka Wocka”, “They’re Real and They’re Spectacular”, “El Chupacabra”, and “Fragilay”. Check when it’s airing next
(Thanks to Angela for reminding me)

If you want to watch on vh1.com, the clip with the Weird Al trivia is Episode 4, Act 3. I liked when the announcer said “The range of Weird Al is astounding.”
