I noticed they slipped Weird Al into an episode of Flight of the Conchords this week. The episode is titled “Bowie” and features an extended “style spoof” of David Bowie called “Bowie’s in Space” (by the Conchords, not Al). Anyway, in the episode, their manager is trying to get them some promotion in the “novelty music” press. At one point, Bret is reading “Novelty Music Scene” magazine, and check out who is on the cover…
