like brandon says, its like a flip side. people hear the wierd al song, theyre going to go check out the original. and without the original, wierd al wouldnt have something to parody. its the case of scratching each others back. if i were a big rock/rap/country/whatever star i would be honored to have him parody my work. somewhere i saw, but i cant find it, a clip where chamillionaire actually said that wierd al is a good rapper. i think he is an all around musician, he does it all!

It's really great. It's not ass-kissin'. It's being a brother on the other side of the division. Being the player, he knows that Al's song is a credit to what he's done and Visa-Versa. That's a strength. That's real.

Hey, at least somebody is appreciating Al today. AOL.com said this about the Emmy Awards set:

Merry Go-Round? About that theater-in-the-round set-up ... we actually kinda dug it, as a one-time novelty thing. It felt more interactive, and kept the celebs on their toes, since they never knew when Seacrest might have the camera pan in on them. Then again, it also reminded us of the place we saw Weird Al Yankovic in Long Island last summer, so we'll leave the final judgment up to you as to whether or not that's a good thing.

Man, are they HARSH!

I think it's great that he said that. I think he was being sincere. Btw, the bonus? Chamillionaire is 27 years old. :)
